Dudley Infants School

Celebration Day

The project activity culminated in a 1913 school day, when Michael, teachers and children dressed up and the timetable and lessons of the time were recreated.  They did drill, segregated the classes into boys and girls, and made 'slates' to practice their letters.

The children learnt old playground games and compared them to the games they play today.
