Archives, Local & Social History

Around two-thirds of Hastings Museum & Art Gallery's collections are made up of archives, local & social history items.  These include maps, photographs, documents & ephemera, antique books, costume & textiles and general social history objects.  These give a detailed historical picture of the development of the town over the last 500 years.
