Gallery Two
This group exhibition shows a diverse range of boxed and cased art works. Some of the artists use the box as an integral part of their work, while others use it as a mechanism to present objects or a narrative in a particular way. By placing an object in a box we change the nature of that object into an exhibit. The artists have been selected from national arts databases such as AXIS and the Crafts Council Photostore, but include Hastings based artists such as Rhian Thomas, Lone Ormonde and Len Shelley. Other artists include Annie Woodford, Zoe Rubens, Geoffrey Bradford, Faith Pearson and Diana Wright.
