Driving (A21): Hastings Museum & Art Gallery is accessible via the A21. Follow London Road and keep straight onto Bohemia Road. Continue on Bohemia Road. The museum is just past Summerfields Leisure Centre.
Driving (A259 - the seafront): Coming along the seafront, turn onto Schwerte Way to the left of the White Rock Theatre. Turn right onto White Rock Road. Follow the road then turn left onto Cambridge Road. Cambridge Road will merge into Bohemia Road. Continue up the hill until you see the museum on the right, opposite the turning onto Falaise Road.
Walking (Hastings Town Centre): Hastings Museum & Art Gallery is approximately a 7 minute walk from Hastings Town Centre. Walk up Cambridge Road, past ESK. Continue to follow Cambridge Road and it will merge into Bohemia Road. Hastings Museum will be on your right before Summerfields Leisure Centre.
Walking (seafront): Walk up Schwerte Way (opposite the pier and to the left of the White Rock Theatre). Turn right onto White Rock Road. Follow the road and turn left onto Cambridge Road/Bohemia Road. Continue up the hill. Hastings Museum will be on your right before Summerfields Leisure Centre.
Bus: Hastings Museum & Art Gallery is easily accessible on the bus. The 24, 99, 100, 101, 304, 305 and 349 all stop at the Summerfields Leisure Centre bus stop (the closest stop to the Museum).
Train: Hastings Train Station is the closest station to the museum. Many of the above buses can be taken from the station. Alternatively, walk out of station approach, turn right onto Cornwallis Terrace. Keep straight onto Conrwallis Gardens. Keep straight onto Holmesdale Gardens. Keep straight onto Redmayne Drive. Turn right onto Ellis Close. The museum grounds are accessible via a pedestrian pathway. Duration of walk is approximately 7 minutes.
